Abstract

Objective Effect of creatine phosphate in treatment of myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia with. Methods For the selection of myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia in48 cases in the treatment group,50 cases in the control group. Two groups were given conventional treatment, on this foundation, the treatment group was given intravenous infusion of creatine phosphate sodium1 g/,1 /d,5~7 days for a course of 1, the control group was given1,6-two phosphate fructose, every time 250 mg/kg,2 /d intravenous drip,5~7 days for a course of treatment. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs and the electrocardiogram, the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.8%, significantly higher than that of control group74%, the treatment group and the control group after treatment of myocardial enzyme spectrum had significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion the creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage curative effect, safe and effective.
