Abstract
The appropriate carbon and nitrogen source,their optimum concentrations,as well as the optimum fermentation period for Collylia velutipes in submerged culture with shake flask were studied.The results showed that the appropriate carbon source for Collylia velutipes in submerged culture was Rice starch 2,the appropriate nitrogen source was soybean cake powder,the optimum concentratin of nitrogen source was 2.5 percent,the optimum concentration of carbon source was 1.5 percent.while the fermentation period was 5 days.
