Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of puerarin content in Kangnaoshuai capsule.METHODS The HPLC method was used.RESULTS The recovery of method was 99.77% with RSD of 1.23%(n=5),and tR=11.2 min.CONCLUSION The optimized method can be used for the quality control of Kangnaoshuai capsule.
