On the Lack of Citizen Moral Responsibility and Countermeasures

Nowadays,the citizen's moral responsibility has become a heated topic of the society.The society witnesses a lack of citizen moral responsibility,such as the lack of honesty and justice,indifference of morality and dereliction of duty.It can be attributed to the social background,behavior of the citizen,historic factors and the constraints of the reality.However,the root is the unwholesome responsibility system and the inadequate moral education.Therefore,to cope with the lack of citizen moral responsibility,to create a good spiritual and cultural atmosphere in the construction of the socialist harmonious society,this essay puts forward some reasonable and practical suggestions and countermeasures from such aspects of refining moral responsibility system and enhancing citizen moral education.
