On Moral Responsibility of Citizen in a Harmonious Society

Citizen's sense of moral responsibility is considered as the element of social and cultural soft power.It may promote people's self-discipline and conscience.The construction of harmonious society needs each citizen's participation and citizen's conscience to be aware.The paper explains the importance of citizen's moral responsibility to the construction of the harmonious society and proposes strategies to strengthen the citizen's moral responsibility.
