Citizen's Moral Constructicon and Its Legislation

It is the important guarantee of citizen's moral construction to strengthen the socialist legal system. We must perfect the moral legislation to strengthen the citizen' s moral construction. But first of all,we must perfect the moral legislation in the fields of family life, occupational morality, and socialethics. Further more,we don't want to confuse the boundary between law and morality or take the moral place by perfecting moral legislation. We only want to adjust what the morality can't adjust by the force of law. In this way we can improve the moral level in the whole society.
