Abstract

Objective: To explore the application value of the percutaneous lung biopsy guided by CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary occupying lesions. Methods: The pathological data of different space. occupying lesions of lung in 110 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The postoperative adverse reactions and complications were recorded. The advantages and disadvantages of the percutaneous lung biopsy guided by CT technology were analyzed. Results: The effective specimens were successfully obtained from 110 patients with different space-occupying lesions,one-time. Eighty-three cases were identified by histologic examination,The diagnosis rate, specificity, false positive rate, false negative rate and sensibility were 93. 6%( 103 /110),74. 1%( 20 /27),25. 9%( 7 /27),0. 0% and 100. 0%( 83 /83),respectively. The incidence of complications caused by lung puncture biopsy in 110 cases was 27. 3%,serious pneumothorax in 3 cases( accounting for 2. 7%) were found. Conclusions: The percutaneous lung biopsy guided by CT in patients with different pulmonary occupying lesions is feasible, safe and no adverse reaction, which is worthy of further clinical application.
