Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application value of lung biopsy through different method-guided percutaneous paracentesis in the diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of the lung. Methods 519 patients with space-occupying lesions of the lung underwent lung biopsy through CT, B-ultrasonography or simulator-guided percutaneous paracentesis. Retrospective analysis was carried out on the positive rate, pathological diagnosis and complication. Results The total positive rate of 519 cases was 96.72% , of which the positive rates of CT, B-ultrasonography and simulator -guided cases were 96.41% , 96. 53% , and 97. 35%. There was no evident difference among the three methods. During punctures, complications occurred in 46 cases with an occurrence rate of 8. 86% , most of which were pneumothorax. Conclusion According to the characteristics of space-occupying lesions of the lung, different guide methods in percutaneous pneumocentesis biopsy are performed, the positive rate can be higher, and the complications can be fewer.
