Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value and safety of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for solitary pulmonary lesions. Methods Carry out CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy by means of Bard Magnum Biopsy Needles for sputum bacteriology and cytology negative, bronchoscopy can not be confirmed 48 cases of solitary pulmonary lesions, and make pathological diagnosis, analyze the diagnosis rate, complications and related factors. Results 48 patients were punctured for 49 times, the results showed positive in 46 cases(95.8%),negative in 2 cases(4.2%),the diagnosis rate of malignant lesions was 97.4%(38/39),the diagnosis rate of benign lesions was 88.8%(8/9).After operation, pneumonorrhagia were 3 cases, pneumothoraxes were 2 cases, and they were relieved by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a safe and effective means of checking on the solitary pulmonary lesions with high diagnostic value.
