Study on Action of Weilefu Capsule on Experimental Gastric Ulcer

Abstract
Objective :To study the action of Weilefu on the experimental gastric ulcer and to provide experimental basis for its advance applying.Methods:Four kinds of experimental ulcer models including water immersion and restraint stress induce ulcer in rats,pyloric ligational ulcer in rats,acetic acid induced ulcer in rats,indomethacin induced ulcer in mice were used to observe Weilefu's actions on the experimental gastric ulcer.Results:the results showed that the Weilefu significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress,pylorus ligation,acetic acid and indomethacin.Conclusion:Weilefu has obvious anti-ulcer effect on rats.The experimental data are identical with Weilefu's clinical curative effect on gastric ulcer.
