Study on Action of Yiweihumo Granule on Experimental Gastric Ulcer

Objective To study the action of Yiweihumo Granule on the experimental gastric ulcer-and to provide experiential basis for its advance applying.Methods Four kinds of experimental ulcer models including water immersion and restraint stress induce ulcer in rats,pyloric ligation-al ulcer in rats,acetic acid induced ulcer in rats,indomethacin induced ulcer in mice were used to observe Yiweihumo Granule's actions on the experimental gastric ulcer.Results The results showed that the Yiweihumo Granule significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress,pylorus ligation,acetic acid and indomethacin.Conclusion Yiweihumo Granule has obvious anti-ulcer effect on rats.The experimental data are provided basis for Yiweihumo Granule's clinical curative effect on gastric ulcer.
