On the Distribution of 527 Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Drug Sensitivity

Objective: To analyze the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) of the patients with genitourinary tract in Xiangyang and the sensitivity test results to guide clinical therapy.Method: Culture and identify by mycoplasma and genitourinary tract infection Uu by susceptibility kit positive culture for drug sensitivity test,and test results were analyzed.Result: among patients with Uu infection,20 to 40 year-old(87.10%) patients are the main infected population with females(57.31%) more than men(42.69%);10 kinds of commonly used drug susceptibility testing results show that the sensitive rate of clarithromycin,doxycycline,roxithromycin is higher,respectively 92.60%,81.02%,73.62% and sparfloxacin,ofloxacin resistance higher,followed by 71.16%,42.70%.Conclusion: Much attention should be paid to the genitourinary tract infections and drug resistance caused by Uu,which also has high resistance to conventional antibiotics.Clinicians should rationally use antibiotics based on susceptibility testing results,and firstly use clarithromycin and doxycycline to treat patients with Uu infection in Xiangyang.
