Abstract

Objective: To explore and approach to treating severe acute pancreatits (SAP) by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: In treatment group QingYi decoction and Fufang danshen injection were combined with foundational supporting therapy to treat SAP. Results:① The pathophysiological course of ASP can be divided into early (acute reactive ) stage, progress (infection) stage and recovery stage. The therapeutic results in some patients showed that this course reluned directly from early stage to recovery stage. So that the cure rate was obviously increased. ② Mortality was 11 .42 % in treatment group and 43.33 % in control group (P 0.05) .Conclusion:This method can improve cure rate, decrease mortality and morbidity.lt is cheaper and can be used easily.
