Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment;treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment method based on control group treatment. The curative effect and adverse reaction of patients were observed. Results After treatment,in clinical improvement symptoms in two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group;the treatment group cure rate and total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.Through χ2 test, the difference was significant between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination of occurrence can significantly shorten the course of treatment and reduce the complications in the treatment of acute pancreatitis integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
