Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of MTT assay in vitro for patients with breast cancer. Methods:Chemosensitivities of ten chemotherapy drugs to cells of the breast cancer were detected by MTT assay. Results:The breast cancer cells were hypersensitive to anticancer drug of PTX,NVB,VP-16,5-FU,DDP;hyposensitive to VCR,ADM,MTX,MMC,HCPT.Conclusion:MTT assay can help to select chemotherapy drugs and compose reasonable individual chemotherapeutic scheme.
