Abstract
Objective:To study the chemosensitivity of chemotherapeutic drug cisplatin to cervical carcinoma Hela cells.Methods:Chemosensitivities of different diluted degree cisplatin to cervical carcinoma Hela cells were detected with MTT assay.Results:The Hela cells treated with different concentration of cisplatin underwent cell proliferation inhibition.Conclusion:MTT assay would help to select chemotherapeutic drug,raise the effectiveness of chemotherapy and reduce the side effect.
