The Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Fund Raising and Operation Management for Start-up Small and Micro Enterprises

Small and micro enterprises play an important role in China's economic growth,but currently,its failure rate is very high in the start-up stage,and among the various reasons imperfectly fund raising and operation management are important aspects.This paper through analyzing start-up small-micro enterprises' funding and operational management status quo,against the specific issues,which are harsh external environments,narrow funding channels,limited financing,irrational financing structure,and lack of operational management of funds,from three aspects put forward countermeasures,which are government role of guidance and support,social capital function and corporate' own learning.
