A Study on Fund-raising of Medium & Small Enterprises in Our Country

The incompetence to raise funds results from the fact that medium and small enterprises are not good not enterprise planning, information of raising funds, knowledge, fixed assets, property mortgage and risk. This is the underlying reason for the difficulty in raising funds. Therefore, we give the solutions: (1) The enterprises improve their own ability to raise funds. (2) The government forms the intermediary service organization to help enterprises and improve the managerial level. (3) The government enlarges the fund support to these enterprises.
