Abstract
Objective To study the distribution and resistance trend of Klebsiella pneumoniae and provide evidence for using antibiotics. Methods The identification of bacteria were performed using automatic bioanalysis-Vitek-2,susceptibility test were performed using Kirby-Bauer methods.ESBLs were detected by disk diffusion methods. Results 117 cases of Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected,ESBLs-producing strains were 59 cases. The sensitive rate of Carbopenems,Piperacillin-tazobactam and Aminoglycosides 70%,Quinolones50%,while 3-Cephalosporins 50%.Conclusions Bacteria culture and susceptibility test of Klebsiella pneumoniae were performed, which makes important sense to rational administration of drug.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
