Problems and Solutions in Land Use Planning of Zhejiang Province

Abstract

Analyzing the quantitative and spatial implementations of land use planning in Zhejiang Province from 1997 to 2005,this paper points out problems in land planning regulations and management and presents such proposals as①to set up aflexible areain town land use planning;②to develop a system covering different scale land use planning;③to perfect the quantitative regulations in land use planning,and④to introduce transferrable development rights(TDR) to the implementation of land use planning.
