Abstract
Objective:To study relationship of serum amyloid A(SAA) with coronary heart disease(CHD) and risk factors of CHD. Method: The concentrations of SAA were determined by particle-enhanced immunophelometry. Result: The concentrations of SAA in the acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group, stable angina(SA) group are higher than those of the control group. The concentrations of SAA in the ASC group are higher than those of the SA group. The relative importance comparison study among risk factors of CHD: SAA family history of CHD TCsmoking index the history of hypertension. Conclusion:The increase of SAA concentration in plasma can promote the attack of CHD and increment of instability of the atherosclerotic plaque which will then cause the attack of ACS.
