Comparison of the Clinical Application of Multiple Punch Biopsy Under Colposcopy and LEEP in the Diagnosis of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the comparison of the clinical application of multiple punch biopsy under colposcopy and LEEP in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:120 patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosed by multiple punch biopsy under colposcopy in our hospital were treated with LEEP,and the samples were examined by pathology.Compared the accuracy of two methods.Results:The accuracy of the two methods was 71.1% in CIN Ⅰ,53.8%in CIN Ⅱ,43.3% in CIN Ⅲ.Conclusion:There was difference in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by multiple punch biopsy under colposcopy and LEEP.The patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosised by multiple punch biopsy under colposcopy can choose to treated by LEEP,and the sample were examined by pathology after the operation.It can achieve a further definitive diagnosis,improve the disease diagnosis accuracy and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
