Abstract
The exploitation of the western areas is an important part of Chinese economic developmental strategy.We must build a characteristic regional economy in three aspects.They are creating a new economic development subject to build the basic motive of characteristic regional development,constructing a new industrial structure,developing the ecomomic industriat mainstaying and implementing new cake-like industrial market to form the emphasis of charateristic regional market area.
