Analysis on the Regional Advantages of Accelerating the Western Region's Characteristic Economy Development

This paper systematically discourses the basic theory of the regional characteristic economy.Based on the theoretic analysis of the regional characteristic economy and some related theories,this paper presents the current analysis and basic thought for the development of the characteristic economy of the western region and points out the way to develop the regional characteristic economy for the purpose of turning the potential advantages of the resources in the western region into the real economic benefits.
