Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods All of 78 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into observation group and the con trol group. The observation group were given Azithromycin sequential therapy,The control group were given intravenous azithromycin. The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The overall efficacy rates of observation group and control group were 90.4% and 92.3% respectively(P 0.05).But the adverse reactions of observation group was oviously lower than those of control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia.
