Abstract
Objective To investigate azithromycin sequential therapy treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia clinical treatment. Methods From March 2008 to February 2012,40 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were chosen from our hospital, randomly divided them into control and treatment groups,20control group cases treated with azithromycin intravenous infusion therapy,20 treatment group cases treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, compared clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups. Results The control group treatment effective rate was 95.00%treatment group treatment effective rate was 100.0%,P0.05,but the treatment group compared with the control group of children were with obvious advantages in the average length of stay and adverse reactions(P0.05).Conclusion Average length of stay, adverse reactions(P0.05).Conclusion: azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is not only clinical outcome, and can speed up the rehabilitation of children with safer,it is worthy of clinical treatment.
