Improving Identification Law of Professional Skills To Promote the Development of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

To implement 'Double Certificates System' that is referred to academic certificate and professional skills certificate in the vocational education is determined by the characteristics and cultivating objectives of higher vocational education.Improving identification law of professional skills is significant to promote the changes in such fields as major-establishment,course-development and teaching-evaluation.This paper,taking some problems existing in this process in our country,puts up forward some suggestions about how to improve identification law of professional skills.
