Abstract
Professional qualification certificate system is a common international qualification identification system for technical talents.It’s the main reference for the units who need them.According to the statistics in our province,such units account for 52% and the percentage is going up.Therefore,it’s necessary for us to make full use of the resources in high vocational college so as to promote professional skill identification.By this way we can also promote the development of high vocational education.
