Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the phacoemulsification for high myopia with cataract patients. Methods Select the patients from our hospital between January 2010 and December 2010 of high myopia age-related cataract patients 30 cases(36 eyes),under surface anesthesia for cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Results The patients of postoperative vision and anterior chamber depth are increased significantly(P0.05),and correlate with time changes(P0.05).The incidence of intraoperative complications was 11.1%(4 eyes),all with timely treatment. Conclusion High myopia with phacoemulsification can effectively improve the eyesight and restore the anterior chamber depth, security is good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
