A Few Issues in Enterprises' Culture Construction under Modern Enterprise System

Abstract
In order to establish modern enterprise systems, there must be corresponding enterprise culture. Therefore, modern enterprise culture construction is an important component in the construction of microscopic system of socialist modern market economy in our country. A number of key issues in the construction of modern enterprise culture were discussed: firstly, the characteristics of modern enterprise culture in our country; secondly, the conversion of enterprise value conception; thirdly, the establishment of enterprise spirit and fourthly the cultivation of enterpreneurs' quality.
