Abstract

This paper probes into some problems that should be taken into consideration to in the construction the enterprise culture of modern enterprise,which include the combination of traditional culture and foreign advanced culture,the establishment of the new thinking mode and behavioral habit,the construction of the new-type enterprise culture,the consideration about the construction of individual culture,and the construction of the harmonious enterprise culture.
