The clinical value of associated several microproteins in the early-diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To analyze the significance of urine microcrystalline protein detection in early diagnosis of renal dam-Albge among diabetic patients.Methods Immunoturbidimetry was employed to analyze microcrystalline proteins such as m-Alb,α_1- m,β_2-m,IgG in the urine from 300 diabetic patients.Results Compared to norm-Alb group,the level of m-Alb,α_1-m,β_2-m and IgG were elevated in diabetic patients from whom urine protein could not be detected.What's more,the level of m-Alb,α_1-m,β_2-m and IgG were significant increased in urine protein positive group.Among these items,the positive rate of any single or both detection (less than 70%) was much lower than combining detection of all these four items(up to 95%).Conclusion Combining several index can help DN early-diagnosis,therapy and improving prognosis.
