Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative infection and mental state of uterine leiomyoma patients

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on uterine fibroids patients.Methods 2 400cases of uterine fibroids were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention,and nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative infection rate was 0.42% in the observation group which was lower than 2.08%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The somatization,depression,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,psychotics scores in the observation group were 1.40 ± 0.51,1.41±0.52,1.43±0.45,1.42±0.47,1.32±0.57respectively,which were lower than 1.56±0.38,1.66 ± 0.45,1.57±0.46,1.67 ±0.52,1.45 ±0.34in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98%,higher than 85%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to strengthen the psychological defense mechanism of patients,and reduce postoperative infection.
