Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From the patients admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017, 90 patients were divided into the routine group and the intervention group, with 45 patients each.Patients' compliance and mental state were observed. Results The compliance rates of medication and follow-up in the intervention group were 60.00% and 66.67%, which were significantly higher than 35.56% and 37.78% in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After the intervention, HAMA and HAMD scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and scores in all dimensions in the GQOLI-74 scale were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total score of satisfaction scale in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the satisfaction(97.78%) was higher than that in the conventional group(82.22%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve their treatment compliance, and help improve the quality of life of patients. Key words: Uterine fibroids; Targeted care; Mentality; Quality of life
