Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of functional uterine bleeding. Methods: in our hospital from July 2013 to 2015 August were 117 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with clinical data, according to the principle of random distribution, the patients were randomly divided into two groups as the observation group of 59 cases and control group( 58 cases). Patients in the control group received routine nursing mode, including observation, medication care to observe group were treated with comprehensive nursing. Results:the average stopping bleeding time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P 0. 05),the overall satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05),and the incidence of anemia in the two groups was significantly different( P 0. 05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of nursing, which is of positive significance to improve the prognosis of patients and improve their quality of life.
