Abstract
It is a true fact without any doubt that the employment of university graduates is in difficulties.Medical students as a special mass group are more difficult in their employment.This paper elaborately deals with the employment background and the present situation of the current medical graduates,and emphatically analyzes the difficult reason of the current university graduates,and carries on the classification and reorganization to the current university graduates' employment direction.Meanwhile,this paper also makes several suggestions to raise the current university graduates' employed rate.
