Analysis on the Difficult Employment of University Graduates and Countermeasures

This paper analyzes the present situation of the employment of university graduates in recent years, probes into the difference between the social demand for university graduates and the actual number of university graduates and the reasons why such difference occurs, and puts forward some methods for solving the difficult employment of university graduates.
