Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of paeonol in Compound Paeonol Gelatin. Methods: A method of high performance liquid chromatography was employed.Column: SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase: Methanol-water(50∶50).Detection wave length: 274 nm.Results: There was a good linear relationship between paeonol concentration and peak area when the paeonol concentration was at the range of 0.05~0.30 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 100 %.RSD was 0.87%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is feasible and reproducible, and it can be used for quality control.
