Abstract

Objective To investigate the developing tendency of deep infected fungi to antibiotics and provide scientific basis for formulating preventive and control measures.Methods Specimen were collected from patients infected with deep infected fungi and Sobaurand agar was used for fungi culture.ATB Identification Card was used for fungi identification and ATBFUNGUS strips was used for drug susceptibility tests.Results The isolation rate of Candida albicans was predominant,accounting for 57.6%.The pathogenic fungi were highly sensitive to Amphotericin B and 5-Flurocytosines with the sensitive rates of about 98.9% and 94.9% respectively.Conclusion Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis were main pathogenic deep infected fungi and Amphotericin B and 5-Flurocytosines remains to be the most effective drug to deal with deep infected fungi.
