Abstract

Teachers' wisdom of education includes wisdom of theory and practice.Teachers' wisdom of theory reflects teachers' ability of making decision and judgments in education practices.It stems from thinking and learning of educational theories.Teachers' wisdom of practice presents teachers' ability of organizing and carrying out education actions tactfully and solving problems of education successfully.It stems from reflective think of experience of educational practice.Teachers' wisdom of theory and practice are associated with each other,and they constitute one of the intact mind.It makes teachers reach at more effective and successful teaching and education.
