On Teachers' Educational Wisdom

Abstract

Educational wisdom consists of three parts: One is the teaching wittiness, which is concomitant with the procedure of teaching. The second is the teaching personality formed on the base of the long-term practice and reflection. The last is something of creativity that is indispensable for an effective teaching. The cultivation of educational wisdom is accompanied with teachers'professional growth. The educational wisdom can promote the professional growth of a teacher, while the professional growth of a teacher can help to develop his educational wisdom.
