Clinical Effects on the Treatment of 34 Cases of Migraine Patients with the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of migraine patients with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Method:Divide62patients into two groups at a random sample.34patients in the treated group were treated with Xue Fu Zh Yu Decoction,going together with taking nimodipine and Vitamin B6orally while28patients in the control group were treated with western medicine only.The two groups were given a fourteen-day course of physiotherapy.Result:After two courses of physiotherapy,in the treated group19patients were cured,12patients were highly effective,3patients were ineffective and the total effective ratewas91.1%while in the control group,12patients were cured,10patients were highly effective,3patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was78.6%.The difference of the comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious significance,P0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of migraine patients with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a better effect.
