Curative Effect on the Treatment of 45 Cases of Diabetic Feet with the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of diabetic feet with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Method: Divided 86 patients into a curative group with 45 cases and a control group with 41 cases at a random sample. The patients in the control group were treated by controlling glucose, anti-infective and local treatment while the patients in the curative group were treated with intravenous drip of comlexometric titration and dialectical segmentum of traditional Chinese medicine besides the treatment used in the control group. The two groups were given a fifteen-day course of physiotherapy. Result: After three courses, in the curative group, 20 patients were cured, 14 patients had marked effectiveness, 9 patients were effective, 2 patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.6%; in the control group,11 patients were cured, 8 patients were had marked effectiveness, 13 patients were effective,9 patients were ineffective and the total effectiveness was 78.0%.The difference of the comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious significance,(P 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic feet with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a better curative effect.
