Abstract

[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Yiguanjian Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]We randomly divided 134patients with chronic atrophic gastritis into two groups. We assigned 69patients who received Yiguanjian Decoction in the experiment group, while 65patients who received western medicine in the control group. All cases were coincident with the diagnosis criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis as well as the diagnosis criteria of clinical dysphoria, and all patients had stomachache which was attributed to stomach yin deficiency.[Results]The primary efficacy rate was91.3%in the experiment group and 76.9%in the control group. The scale score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experiment group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Patients who receive Yiguanjian Decoction had improved cognitive outcomes after the procedure, and Yiguanjian Decoction is more effective as compared to western medicine.
