Abstract
Objective Explore the influence and experience of nursing intervention on compliance behavior of community patients with hypertension.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of community patients with hypertension and made community nursing intervention for one year.Inluding health education.medication guide,self-monitoring of blood pressure,diet intervention,psychological intervention and exercise intervention,questionnaires and blood pressure measurements before and after care.Results After one year of nursing intervention,100 patients were successfully followed up.The patients' cognition of hypertension prevention and control measures had been significantly improved.The proportions of self-monitoring of blood pressure,regular medication and follow-up,reasonable diet,regular exercise,and giving up smoking and drinking had been significantly increased.The patients' body weight,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure had been significantly reduced.Conclusions Effective nursing interventions can significantly enhance the ability of executing compliance behavior,change the patients' unhealthy lifestyles,reduce the patients' blood pressure levels and improve their health-related behavior.
