Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Defibrase in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of defibrase on cerebral infarction. Methods 82 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,one group to treatment with 10 unit of defibrase intravenous dripping was applied in NS for 10 days(qd),the other group with 5 unit for 5 days(qd),The results were evaluated before the treatment and 30 days later. Results The effective rate was 87.8% in 10 unit of group and 56.1% in 5 unit of group.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Defibrase is effective medicine for cerebral infarction,the effect is better,properly increase dosage,extend the time of treatment.
