Analyze the Effect of Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Disease

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease.Methods:64 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 32 cases.The control group intravenous infusion tinidazole,1 time per day,and Cefoperazone,2 times per day,last for 14 days.The patients in treatment group received western medicine therapy plus herbal retention enema 1 time per day for 3 courses(half month/course).Results:The success rate of treatment group(93.8%)was higher than the control group(75.0%) significantly,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.27,P0.05).Conclusion:The effcet of intravenous antibiotics combined with herbal retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammation disease was satisfactory.
