Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating bile reflux gastritis (BRG) using hydrotalcite combined with mosapride. Methods 103 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital were divided into treatment group with 53 cases, chew taking hydrotalcite lg 1 hour before meals,3 times/day; and control group with 50 cases, taking Famotidine 20 mg 2 times/day.Two groups took mosapride 5 mg 3 times/day.We evaluated the clinical effects after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.23%,higher than that of the control group (80.00%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),with few side effects.Conclusiona Treating bile reflux gastritis with hydrotalcite and mosapride has better effect and fewer side effects. Key words: Hydrotalcite; Mosapride; Bile reflux gastritis(BRG)
