Abstract

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in intracranial aneurysm. Methods Super-selective cerebral angiography (DSA) were performed on 23 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. The size, location, appearance of thw intracranial aneurysm, and examination method were analyzed. Results There were solitary aneurysm in 21 cases, and multiple aneurysm in 2 cases.According to the size of aneurysm, there were small ( n =5),middle ( n =10),large ( n =8) and giant aneurysm ( n =2);Concerning the appearance of aneurysm, there were sacculated aneurysm ( n =18) and fusiform aneurysm ( n =7).Conclusion DSA cerebral angiography can diagnose intracranial aneurysm accurately.
