Abstract

【Objective】To observe the value of three dimensional(3-D) reconstruction on the digital subtraction angiography(DSR)in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.【Methods】The ordinary DSA and 3-D DSA cerebral angiography were applied to 51 patients with doubtful intracranial aneurysm, the results of the ordinary DSA and 3D-DSA analyzed, the therapeutic schedules were decided according to the radiographic results.【Results】Fourty one aneurysms were discovered in all 31 patients, and treated separately with the clamp operation, intravascular treatment and observation.【Conclusion】The 3D-DSA very greatly enhances the accuracy and reliability of cerebral angiography examination and provides more information for the further treatment of aneurysm,at the same time, this method is safe and easy, and thus has very high clinical value.
